About Georgia
‘When you dance to the rhythm of your life you are truly alive in all
ways’
My life is my art and I bring all elements through my yoga, music and
photography into alignment with my self-expression. When I am working personally I meditate on the visions I receive letting intuition, symbolism and meaningful coincidences guide me in creating. It’s a constant flow of what’s spontaneously arising inside of me and something I believe can expand the consciousness of others.
I have a need to express the mysticism in nature and female energy, as I believe they both are erupting in passion and romantically connect us to the source. The work is intensely personal to me, it’s sacred, it’s raw and its beauty is there to inspire and transcend the thinking mind. It gives others eyes to see an altered state of perception, let it speak and propel you naturally to your own desires.

Music
The way music has the ability to inspire keeps me going, it gives me the emotion to connect to my work and is very often apart of it. Just like yoga for me it transcends space and time, mind and body ultimately leaving us feeling at one.
I worked at Phonica Records and was apart of one of London’s first female DJ collectives. Now, I play leisurely whether on my travels in Mexico or home in East London. As well as being a photojournalist for gigs and music festivals.

Yoga
At the age of 19 I started practicing buddhism and meditation as I was drawn to its mysticality and essence of meaning something more than what life may seem. Soon after I started practicing yoga to help ease regular bouts of anxiety. I knew instantly this would be my way to find peace and to this day it has seen me through.
I trained as an apprentice at The Saraswati Yoga studio in Sutton specialising in hatha yoga. Saraswati was my first ever teacher and remains one of my most special.
I have taken courses with her all of which have been accredited by 'Yoga Alliance' in mindfulness, zen buddhism, chakra healing, transcendental meditation and improving teacher skills and poses.
I have also undergone lectures in the science behind emotions, explorations of the history & philosophy of yoga at with Steiner House and SOAS.
Also I have endured in workshops with Sivananda centre London in understanding the different paths of yoga and meditation. In 2017 I spent time at the Sivananda Ashram in Colombia with guru Satyadev where I learnt the importance of satsang, ritual, chanting and read for them in English the Bhagavad Gita.
In 2020 I then completed my teacher training with him.
I am journeying through and will continue to be forever evolving on my yogic path. I teach guided gentle hatha yoga, breath awareness and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). If you would like more information or online audios to listen to please email me.
